Returns Policy

Bee  Strap for Watches  we strive to provide our customers with the highest possible quality  smart watch bands that meet their expectations for comfort and quality. We understand that sometimes a product does not meet your needs or expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.

We have a return policy of  100 days, which means you  You have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the straps must  are in their original condition, with all parts complete.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact form. Please provide your order number, date received and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or how we can improve our products.

Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or if the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Please note that shipping delays due to customs procedures, which are beyond our control, are not a valid reason to initiate a return.

In the event that your package arrives damaged, defective or in the wrong color/size, we will cover the shipping costs. The customer must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the product to report the problem.

Refund process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:

If you  If you want to exchange the straps for a different size or model, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized  Straps cannot be returned.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to cancel your order.
